Searching for administrators

To search for all administrators, Simply navigate to the Administrators view. This view lists all the users that have some type of administration role on the Platform and it shows the hierarchical relationship between administrators.

Search results

To search for a specific administrator or a subset of administrators, use the search engine in the Developer View of the Users tab

  1. Enter the required search parameter in the Search for Users text box.

  2. Then, in the drop-down list, select an option to specify whether the search engine should search for the parameter in the first name, last name, or e-mail address. Optionally, select that you want to filter by Role and in the following drop-down list, select Administrator.

  3. Click the Search button. If the search engine finds any matching details, it displays the results, as illustrated below.
