You can manage custom fileds for users via the Settings link, which is located at the top right-hand side of the browser window.
In the Settings view, you can create or modify optional fields that appear on developers’ profile forms according to the needs of your organization. The custom fields are then available for each user and either they or their administrator can add or edit the data in each custom field. It's also possible to search though the custom field data for specific users via the search controls in the Users view.
To create a new user field:

Note: Deleting a field label will delete any data stored in that field for all users in the system.
